Payment & terms

Payment & Terms:

  • Deposit: 25% of the total amount due upon confirmation of booking.
  • Remaining Balance: Full payment is required no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Included in the Price:

  • Private use of the villa.
  • Private pool and garden.
  • WiFi, bed linens, and towels.
  • Fully equipped kitchen.
  • Daily housekeeping (6 days per week).

Cancellation Policy:

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, with a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Additional Services:

  • In addition to daily housekeeping, extra services such as grocery shopping or laundry pick-up/drop-off can be arranged upon request.

    The villa is fully child-friendly. We also offer a free cot for children under 2 years old.

    Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Smoking is permitted outside, but please use the provided ashtrays.
